Great washer and great value

We really like our new Monogram dishwasher. It's quiet - like, really quiet. Every load comes out sparkling clean, dry, and fresh. We love the light inside the dishwasher, that really makes it easy to see if something gets left behind. We also really appreciate that the top rack (for silverware and small items) is easily removable, if more room is needed for taller items, like vases and super tall water bottles. We also really appreciate the cup / glass cleaning feature, and the the silverware basket - it's adjustable to accommodate more or less silverware, and has water jets below. The normal cycles are very long - like 3+ hours, and the quick cycle is very short at just 30 minutes. I would have like something in the middle, around 60-75 minutes. It also has a seriously long, like extended long drying cycle. That may also be the loudest part of the cycle. Sometimes it's still going an entire hour after the cycle ended. Other than that, we love our Monogram washer.

No instruction came with the unit. Drawers slides are ridiculously tight and jam a lot. Cant get rid of jingle when door opens and closes. More noisy than old unit that was rated at worse sound production.

GE DW Bad Rack Design- Feels Cheap/Flimsy

The new Monogram Dishwasher is flimsy compared to the one I purchased in 2019. The racks don™™t fit correctly and they are thin plastic that feel like they will break easily. I thought I would really enjoy the movable upper rack but it™™s a really bad design. If you want it higher up where you have more room on the bottom, the very top rack clings to the 2nd rack. If you lower it, you can™™t put tall items in bottom rack. I do like the new features but it isn™™t worth dealing with the bad design. This new model does not feel well made/solid like the older versions. I don™™t think it is worth the price tag.

Only had it for a few days so far so still figuring things out. I do know I hate one thing for sure. When the dishwasher is running, you can't press any button to see what stage in the cleaning cycle the dishwasher is on. Kind of silly given that most dishwashers that cost even 1/4 as much will keep you updated on what step things are at.

Finally a dishwasher that dries! This is an amazing dishwasher. We had a bad move from NJ to FL and had to wash every item of the house and let me tell you I used every setting on this dishwasher and it ran like a champ! I would highly recommend for I owned multiple brands prior and this one by far is the best I have seen and used, plus it sings a happy song upon selecting a wash cycle which make you laugh each time.

Dishwasher is working great. I love the new design with the top silverware rack. The only issue I have is that when the steam comes out at the bottom of the dishwasher, it hits the top of my cabinet runs down the dishwasher and makes streaks. It seems to be getting somewhat better with use.

Extremely disappointed, poor packaging front door panel dented and control panel damaged. i had an appliance tech come out to install this dishwasher, removed the old dishwasher and unpackaged the G E Monogram and saw the damage from bad shipping box design GE ordered parts to replace damaged panels, took about a month, tech arrived took the damaged parts off and found more damaged parts. The result is a useless dishwasher waiting on parts. This is a major issue for a person that is wheelchair bound to navigate to the kitchen sink to wash dishes. GE Monogram is not a high end product and customer service is not good

Ge can't fix the second unit 1 year old at $2,000

I have a national account with GE and have had 2 Monogram Dishwashers fail , The serviceperson has been here 3 times, a month long ordeal. The Current one that is less than one year old. He is here after 5 until 7 PM AGAIN. Ge called last week and stated the Corporate tech was helping and it will be fixed today, Well its not and you can't get though to GE Service or Customer care. Phone call was tore returned within 30 minutes, did not happen.

Had this dishwasher for 13 months pump and motor went out. A week to get someone out here, a week to get the parts then another week for them to come and install the parts. Halfway through the first wash stopped working again no eletrics working at all and yes I have checked power supply. Called again a week out to schedule on the morning of appointment got a call they need to reschedule oh first available 4 days from now here we go again. The time that you are given for service is between 8-5 so you have to re arrange your whole schedule for repairs

We bought a set of GE appliances, including their dishwasher as part of our kitchen renovations. We planned on the higher than normal price tag providing us with a higher than normal (or at least average) quality experience. Boy were we wrong! We had to have our first machine replaced before even using it, as problems were discovered during installation. Then approximately a year and a half later we started having problems with dishes not getting clean and the dishwasher tablets not getting completely dissolved/used up. We had purchased an additional year warranty, from the store we bought from, and boy were we glad! We spend approximately 2 months without a dishwasher, and had 5 visits from the service techs. They finally just replaced all of the hardware components in the dishwasher, and it works, for now. Our warranty is us in a few months, and if it breaks again, I™™m just going to Lowe™™s, and I™™ll buy something less expensive to replace!

When my previous GE dishwasher died after 2 years, I don't know why I bothered giving GE another chance, but I did. I decided maybe I'd get better quality if I buy their top end expensive dishwasher. Nope. It was installed just under 3 weeks ago and it's already failed. The claimed "24/7 support" is a lie. Even during regular business hours I can't actually get through to anyone via phone or website chat. TLDR: don't waste your money. Seriously GE, do better!

Replaced a Monogram dishwasher , it is quiet , but getting to clean near the cycles of the old one ,not there yet . The adjustments ( height ) on the racks don't always meet the needs , 2 wash cycles needed . Glass width not adjustable , only fixed . The three part utensil rack , falls apart if you take it out to empty . The dip in the front of the glass rack ? The angle of the bottom rack for the plates , move it too quick and they fall over ! I did not do my homework , if I had I would have looked at another GE model .

Poor experience with an over-priced machine that has no redeeming quality features. Machine is less than a year old and is lightly used (1 load per week on average) - and already needs a new pump. While it is under warranty, we are having trouble having it serviced by the GE service provider designated. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money.

We paid a fortune for our Monogram dishwasher™¦ so why is the cleaning power excellent, the quiet during the cycle, the gorgeous look, but the ridiculously cheap, annoying and poorly designed rolling racks and silverware holder. Both fall off constantly, are flimsy and inconvenient. Wish I could have the interior totally changed to quality rollers and racks that would match the otherwise excellent dishwasher.

Closed on a new home 1/25 moved in 2/27 and dishwasher never worked. GE warranty repair was scheduled for 3/30 and technician had to order new parts to be installed 4/6. Our brand new never used GE dishwasher was a lemon. So disappointed.

After waiting months for parts to come in on our beloved panel ready dishwasher, we were talked into purchasing this GE Monogram dishwasher from a local supplier. We were unable to replace our existing dishwasher with a duplicate replacement due to that company having no stock available for several months. Despite my hesitation to buy a GE appliance, our salesperson assured us this model was a popular seller. Well of course it was- there were no other panel ready options available. This dishwasher, despite the high price tag, and similar appearance inside to our previous dishwasher- has several factors that make it sub par to the competitors model we have previously. It has no indication at all that a cycle has begun/ is in progress/ is complete. Our previous dishwasher had a lighted countdown of cycle time on the ground, which was very helpful. The door does not have a satisfying "latch"- so we're never insured that it is fully closed. The competitor model had a solid closure. My dishes come out dirty- constantly. Glass is always dirty- despite using the recommended cleaners/ rinse aids. The utensil basket- especially the back one- never stays latched. I would NOT repurchase this dishwasher, nor would I recommend it to anyone- even if, like us, you are just desperate to have one.

Do not by this dishwasher. It broke down after 5 months. GE appliance repair replaced motherboard and also damaged surrounding cabinets. GE repair the worst customer service ever. Button line there are better high end models to choose from.

Waited forever and not yet sure that it works

After waiting for months, the wrong model was delivered -not the same handle as the refrigerator, so it did not match, which was the whole point of buying the suite. Then a replacement was delivered and the replacement did not work, the detergent did not dissolve--it left it in clumps at the end of the cycle regardless of whether I used the packets or liquid. The 2nd replacement then came dented, so I rejected it causing me to hand wash dishes for months. Another one was finally delivered and the jury is still out if this one works. I ran it a few times and the soap did not dissolve once (one time to many in my opinion). I was leaving town and only had a very short window within which to ask for yet another replacement and that window has now passed and as above I am still not sure if this one will work.

We like the operation and function of the dishwasher, but was disappointed in the installation. The kick plate did not fit properly and would not allow the door to shut properly. We had to remove it and call the installers back. They had to bend it to work properly. We like the silverware drawer and the internal lighting. The only other issue was that the protective film was very difficult to remove. Took 30 minutes based on tiny pieces and how hard it was stuck on.

The overall feel of the Monogram products, especially the dishwashers, is quality. When you open the door, the lighting inside helps you see your dishes and how clean they are. The easy-glide racks pull out without a hitch, and you don't spill the remaining water from your bowls. The low db level keeps things quiet in the kitchen especially when entertaining. Great dishwasher. Initial start up it was a little louder than what I expected, but then is very quiet. Love the remote app feature that allows you to turn it on, select wash setting and provides data on usage! The top silverware tray is amazing. We can finally place knives in the top tray and not worry about my kids putting the knife in with the blades up!!! Definitely a an amazing dishwasher. We've put some dirty dishes in there and so far, very impressed with the clean dishes!

After waiting for months for the dishwasher, it was finally installed and though it goes through the cycle, the soap does not dispense properly and ends up in a glob on the dishes and the dishes are not clean. A replacement was not readily available and is on back order so I am now and have been for weeks hand washing dishes.

We had the dishwater for less than 2 years from builder and gone bad. The cost would have been close to 800$ if we did not have a warranty. Several of my neighbors had the same model and had exactly the same issue where the circuit breaker tripped when the cycle started. I had my Monogram refrigerator and microwave also fixed within years. Monogram reliability is very very bad. We have to wait 2 months without dishwasher for the parts. GE is not replacing it.

Horrible Experience with Service

I ordered their top of the line Monogram Dishwasher in Jun 2020 and it broke and stopped heating or drying in April of 2022. The first time I called I was told it is not under warranty by the technichian because the model showed that it was registered in Mar of 2020. I had to prove that I was charged on my CC by them and I purchased it in Jun and not March via my CC statement which then they told me I was covered. Then the techs came out but refused to show drivers license and insurance at by gated community and could not enter the community. Two weeks later, GE hired another company to come out to replace the heater part and told me that the entire diswasher was broken and is leaking and would need a replacement. Here I am two months after the initial problem and still have not been able to confirm a replacement or timeline which I feel is ridiculous after spending $2400.00 on a diswasher and receive this kind of service. Please make this right GE!!

Problems with door staying in the proper position. He had a service call and it was improved, not corrected. Bottom dish drawer is difficult to pull open on track. It does clean well & is quiet.

This was a replacement for the same model that has a defective latch. This one feels sturdier & seems to do a better job drying the dishes. Great service from GE getting the old one replaced & installed.

Our old builder grade dishwasher was on the way out. Like many people, I went to Lowe's and online to Home Depot to check out what is available. Talking to my boss he recommended a Monogram without hesitation. Guess that's why he's the boss!!! What an awesome dishwasher! No one likes to do dishes, but this has made it so much easier!
