We purchased multiple appliances at the same time for a remodel and were so pleased with the efficiency the look the ease of purchase and delivery. Our large family loves the microwave and all the features. We purchased the extended vent and are so glad we did it is overall a huge thumbs up from the whole family

Our old microwave died after 5 years. We bought a new LG with similar features on sale at Home Depot. The new one was very intuitive to learn and use. We are very happy with it and it fit into the same space which was important to us.

Bought to replace profile that lasted 2 years. This unit is great . My one issue is the control panel does not light up. This issue seems to be with all brands. Maybe LG can find a solution. Our unit is in an area that is not well lit and we are both active but 80 years old. We also have LG washer and Dryer one unit that has been great and we love it.

Loved the awesome model of this oven Loved how it has the extending vent exhaust which pops up to the front by a few inches to cover the front part of the gas range. Excellent display and the turbo exhaust settings too WiFi connectivity is spot on to connect/control via phone. Only concerns I had were the touch which is not ultra sensitive and have to push buttons a bit harder. Also its not fingerprint resistant upon touch does leave some marks. The music is cute but its too loud and theres only on off and no volume level for the same. But otherwise a great product.

As of three days ago ... Went dead completely. Did a reset by unplugging. Now everything works except there is NO heating. Repair man on the way.

We wanted to upgrade our 15 year old OTR microwave. Our priority was to add ductwork to improve our kitchen ventilation. After research we decided on this LG microwave with the Extendavent. Retrofitting ductwork by our HVAC service was quite a process.
The microwave is great auto programmed setting work well. We like the LG ThinQ app feature. Its quiet and powerful.

LG has exceeded itself in style quality function with this microwave. The way you can extend the vent hood when you are using the cook top is a feature my wife loves. The dark gray interior is easier to keep clean. The controls features are easy to use understand. Fantastic design function. Extremely pleased

This was delivered 3 weeks ago and Ive used it 4 times to reheat. It seems to work fine. I do like the fan. Biggest problem was not being able to get install template until microwave delivered. Held up install for almost 2 months.

Ive only had my new stove 1 1/2 weeks and so far am impressed with its performance. I only bought 2 new pans to use on my induction stovetop because all of my old cast iron pans work great on it. I did buy a cooking mat to help prevent scratches.

Everything works as expected. The fan really blow strong. Love the pull out ventilation hood. Cooks and warms great. I bought this to replace an older LG and it has pleasantly surprised me. It is spacious and all of the great settings come in handy. It was easy to install. I registered it online which was quick and easy as well. Gives my kitchen a new look. I highly recommend.

This is a very nice microwave. It is functional and attractive with the matching gas range. It has plenty of presets and the added feature of the extendable range vent. The LED light has two settings and the end of cycle chime is quite pleasant. Overall a very good microwave.

The microwave heats evenly and quickly as expected the controls are simple and intuitive and it is relatively quiet when operating. After a little under a month I am happy with the purchase however there are a couple of minor annoyances. First I would prefer an option to select a simple beep to the tune that so many modern appliances play. Second the slide out range vent comes out too easily when inadvertently bumped. These are minor issues that do not impact the useability.

I donot like the feature: if you touch a number it auto starts in minutes instead of seconds. It is a pain in the ___ I wouldnt have bought it if I knew it worked this way the LG I replaced appeared to be the same model and you didnot have to push cook before you entered the seconds.

I specifically wanted a microwave with the extendable vent....and LG delivered It was an extra bonus when the microwave chirped a little tune when my food was cooked. My kids like to heat up all kinds of food now just to dance when the microwave goes off How can you not smile at that??

Awful. I had to exchange this microwave for another model. The lettering on the key pad was so pale I needed a flashlight to see it. Also it was very difficult to use the key pad. The inside was very small and had to remove the shelf to use. The model in the store and on their website did not match the terrible keypad on my microwave.

Microwave works most of the time but occasionally stops so the clock can be set again. Not enough suction to pull steam from stovetop. Consistent LG disappointment.

We have had ours for two years now. I find myself avoiding using it because even on the lowest seeing it is just way too LOUD What engineering team ever approved this design????? It should have three lower settings and a timer. Would never buy again

This microwave definitely heats food more evenly than the Kenmore it replaced. Features we have used also work well potato beverage etc.. It pairs well with our relatively new LG dual fuel range and the lighting is quite good. What we are not at all happy with is the venting which is set up to exhaust out the top to an existing duct. It is very loud even at low speed. Worse yet it emits a loud high pitched noise on some speeds. There seems to be something wrong but I dont know what it is and neither did the installer. In addition it doesnt seem as if the vent is pulling much air through. Im not quite sure where to go from here.

I bought and installed this microwave a few weeks ago. I had to order it as none of my local stores had it in stock. It cooks food well. The sensor is pretty accurate when it comes to defrosting food. Overall I am happy with the purchase. The only negative for me is that the microwave does not use a standard light bulb. Instead it features a circuit board with 3 LED chips on it to provide light. Had I known this I would have not bought this microwave. As far as I know this board cannot be changed out like a regular bulb can. The LEDs are a much more bright white color and it does not match the rest of my under cabinet lighting. LG please go back to using standard appliance bulbs...
