I recommend that you not sign up for the subscription to have air and water
filters automatically sent. The subscription is hard to cancel had to call.. Also the air filter on the LG website had me buy the wrong air filters for the LG model we have. I didnt find this out until we had someone doing the yearly maintenance on the fridge. Then called to have the air filter replaced returned no deal their return policy is only good for 30 days even though their website recommended the air filters for the subscription in the first place.

Doesnt fit. Spent 38 minutes on the phone with customer service and finally got a link to a form that I couldnt fill out because supposedly this filter is the one for my refrigerator model LCFC26xss. After all that I had No resolution and I cant get the filter off auto-ship subscription without having to call customer service which is like playing hot potato on the phone. If I removed strapping tape and popped it out of the frame it would probably fit. But Im afraid of tearing the flimsy non-woven fabric. If I used a razor to get it out I would run the risk of slicing the fabric. Im not sure what to do about replacing the air filter now.

Spent $75.00 on a 3 pack of LG Air filters recommended by LG for my refrigerator. I received the filters today and they do not fit my refrigerator. I had to remove the plastic white window frame to insert the charcoal colored filter directly into the identified space. If I had read all the 1 star reviews that were left by other dissatisfied customers I wouldnt have bought the filters. What a rip off.

I have been getting filters by using autoship for years but when I tried to change my credit card number and expiration date LG website would not allow me to make changes. Called support and they could not help me and I could not give them my credit card info for them to make the changes nor could I purchase filters through them. The air filter and water filter work fine. The problem was the air filter had a white case around it and wouldnt fit in the case the old filter came out of. After getting through the maze of who to call on the LG website I finally talked to someone and was told it was the correct filter. I again explained it was 1/4 to 3/8 too large. The solution was Just take the cover off. I said Id try that but if it didnt work would I receive a refund as I was told that was the solution. I was assured a note was made to allow a refund if it didnt work. It did fit without the case. My frustration is have to jump through hoops to be told to change the product that was supposed to fit.
