Price is very reasonable product is dependable still getting used to it have not tried the Wi-Fi smart set up of it yet one thing I wish it had a light in the dryer like my old one but it seems to dry very gently with my clothes I like that

The DLE6100W clothes dryer was a gift for my parents. It is a wonderful upgrade from their old dryer. It does a great job of sensing when the clothes are dry as long as you dont have a mix of heavy and light weight clothes. And youare alerted by a very pleasant chime instead of a loud buzz. The dryer is also attractive with a modern minimalist look. My parents are extremely satisfied. So am I.

Not sure because I have not gotten my item. Its only been about a 4 days that I ordered my item and are having issues with customer service already. Please be mindful that the date your item is set to be delivered on the website is most likely not going to be the day you actually get the item. LG uses a separate delivery service and the day you get your item depends on their schedule. Ordered item on 12/6 with an estimated delivery date of 12/11. Today the delivery company emailed me to notify me the next time my item could be delivered was January 3rd 2025. Which is more than a month of a difference. When i tried to contact them to see if maybe I could pick it up instead since I am about 2.5hrs away they told me I had to contact LG directly. After about 30mins or so of trying to contact the correct customer service line the delivery company called me back saying my item would be delivered on 12/18 so the issue is maybe resolved? Not sure.

A very bad dryer bought it a month ago from Lowes. Now a month later its not drying clothes shuts down in 5 minutes by itself and clothes are not drying at all. I have been calling customer service for a long time as its brand new dryer under warranty and Lowes wont take it back too. But they are not doing anything at all. My $500 will be down the drain too. Do something LG I am seeing same complains from various customers here too did something for customer help us.

I would love to rate the actual dryer itself but it was delivered almost a week ago and still hasnt been installed. The delivery company said they didnt have the parts to install it when they delivered it and that theyd contact me within 24-48 hours later to reschedule installation. Crickets until I called again today to complain. Now Im waiting to hear back for the rescheduled installation again... Really poor customer service so far.

Bought two months ago and overall I love it However the flow sense indicator illuminates even when everything seems to be working fine. Also despite my machine having an icon to sync to the app the app itself says the machine isnt supported. But the dryer does exactly what its supposed to do.

I bought this because my other one decided to not work. I wash a lot of clothes and I was worried that this wouldnt clean as well. I have a California King size bed and I wash my comforter often because I have two cats that sleep with me. This had absolutely no problems washing it and it came out perfectly clean. I am truly happy that I got this.

Miserable. Within a day of purchase this dryer had flashing error lights. A load of towels that took 55 minutes in our old dryer took almost two hours in this dryer. Youre better off with half loads. The supposed smart diagnosis does not connect to the app. On the sensor dry modes two blankets were on for four minutes before the dryer shut itself off. The dry light is blinking since the third load of laundry run thru the dryer. Throw in the fact that Lowes has been no help. My electric bill will be up huge because of the increased time I am wasting trying to get stuff dried. Not happy.

Weve only had it a week but seems fine. However initially it was drying which is why we got rid of our old one. Researched troubleshooting on line which lead us to cleaning out the vent tubing. It was totally blocked and we got tons of junk out. All is well nowbut I felt compelled to put out a warning for folks to check their dryer vent hoses a minimum of yearly. This could be a huge fire hazard. We were so lucky and will now add it to our calendar for a yearly check.

My sister-in-law bought this dryer 11 months ago on August 31st 2023. It worked for 10 months and quit. It will not start when you push the start button. LG was contacted and supposedly the parts were ordered. Its been approximately a month with no parts delivered and the dryer which is still under warranty has not been repaired. She should get a new dryer free of charge from LG for the aggravation and such. My sister-in-law is carrying her clothes to the laundry mat to dry her clothes. Whats up with this LG?

Initially I was disappointed after 2 months the dryer would shut off after 5 minutes of running after speaking with LG customer service support I was informed that the dryer has a heat sensor on it and if anything was behind the dryer it would shut off. Sure enough one of my babys socks fell behind the dryer and kept it from completing its drying cycle. I am very pleased and feel safe knowing that my dryer has a sensor that can shut the dryer down when something is behind it and will prevent a fire.
