I have tried other light weight cordless vacuume's. This one is excellent. I like the fact the air doesn't blow on you around the handle like other models. I use it as a sweeper. I love it. If you are elderly and need something that is quick an light, buy it. Works well.

I replaced my Dyson and I™™m very happy with the simplicity of this new Electrolux. Not as many things can break like on the Dyson. not as many filters to clean. It seems to propel itself and it picks up cat litter easily.

Picks up pretty well, drags a bit on carpeting, light enough but it came with directions in spanish. I don™™t speak spanish and I don™™t read spanish! I fortunately figured out how to put together and empty dirt bin, however I don™™t know how to use all the parts or troubleshoot or anything because I can™™t read the spanish directions. I called the customer service number in the manual and got someone in the Philippines who knew nothing and instead of helping me, he told me to hold on and put me back into que. The same thing happened several more times and each time they did the same thing! I wound up speaking to five people! None of them could care less about my problem! I kept telling them to transfer me to someone in the states but none of them would! I spent a total of 1 hour, 37 minutes and 44 seconds on the phone with these useless representatives, mostly on hold! The final person, a man told me to hold on and then left me on hold and went home!!! I know because when I finally hung up, I called back and a recording told me they were closed! This is outrageous behavior and obviously horrific ™customer service ™! I checked online and found a manual but it was exactly like the one I was sent; in spanish! I still am in need of directions! I will never recommend Electrolux to anyone! Not for the the product but for the lousy service! And before this I always assumed that Electrolux was a good company! Never again!

Wanted a cordless lightweight vacuum that would pickup dog hair and this fits the bill. The little handheld has a strong suction and works well in my car. I do wish that the several add on items could be stored on the vacuum unit and that the vacuum foot would lock in place when off the charger basis.

I purchased through a company discount program and ready many reviews before selecting this model. I am a pet owner and also liked the detached vacuum option. The swivel on this vac is great, along with the LED lights. I also liked that this had a stand charging option versus a wall. The vac is lightweight and I was initially skeptical of its sucking power as the motor was not incredibly noisy and I wasn't feeling a 'pull' or anything as I was covering floor surfaces. I was shocked at how much dirt and dust was picked up after using for the first time. Cleaning out the container was also easy.

I bought the Electrolux for my husband and he absolutely loves it. He said it™™s the best he™™s ever used for quick pick ups. We keep it in the kitchen so whenever there™™s crumbs problem or he has to sweep the floor it™™s nice and fast and it™™s also very attractive.

I had this one, that I had purchased about 18 years ago, and it finally wouldn't work anymore. I loved that one as I do this newer one. I love the hand held with the pet feature, which my last one didn't have. The old one just had the one extra long tube for corners. This one has it all and I am very happy. I have all hardwood floors and just some area rugs and I love that I can just go from one to the other. I looked at other ones but I decided to stay with the one that I already know is a great product and will last me for more than a couple of years. Highly recommend this product.

An excellent wireless vacuum that does the job and is easy to handle. I love that the stand/charging station does not require any mounting--it stands by itself on the floor. The detatchable hand vac is great for picking up small messes, like pet hair or litter.

I like the color chili red, shape , lite weight , pushes with no effort, the head light is also helpful. The filter is difficult for me to take apart. I must empty the filter after each use. I also have had to clean the sweeper often because I find dust in all sweeper crevices and have remove the head brush and used qtips . I use the sweeper everyday in 2 rooms. Also was the filter at least once a week. I™™d be happier if the sweeper had a bag for the dirt. I™™ve used Electroluxcannister sweepers for over 20 years. Thank you for your interest.

I have just purchased my 4th ( yes, you read that correctly) Ergoapido Pet Vacuum this year. I have them on multiple floors and in vacation homes. Simply the best, light weight bagless vacuum. Easy to maneuver. Still delight in emptying the dirt canister to see all that was picked up that I couldn™™t see.

This is a wonderful little 2 in 1 machine. It's a cordless vacuum with removable handheld vacuum attached. Excellent suction, and convenient charging stand. Great for carpet and my linoleum floors, making cleanup easy. Lightweight, easily maneuverable witj swivel head to reach tight spaces. Gorgeous red color.My only complaint is the way that removing the waste receptacle cover happens. There are two plastic levels that need to be pressed in at the same time. If you have long fingernails. This is very difficult, and I've broken nails trying to do it. Bad design. Otherwise, a fantastic machine.

I have back issues and am awaiting surgery. I also have a husky!!! I have been unable to use my regular vacuum due to its weight! So I tried a few stick vacuums that were cordless and lightweight. Returned all three™¦ then I tried the Electrolux!!! Game changer!!! The attachments help me clean the couch and dog hair easily and without hurting myself!!! I have to empty the collection container often but that is a small price to pay for the price size and strength of this little vacuum!!! I love it!!!

I was so excited to get this, but it was quite the disappointment. I™™ve used it twice now and it has died within just a few minutes after a ™full™ charge. My husband and I agreed that they must have sent us a broken one because there™™s just no way! I lose a bar within a minute of turning it on. I™™m just so upset. Now I™™m going to need to send it back. Everything else with it is fine. We haven™™t decided if it™™s worth getting another one from here, or just looking elsewhere. Super annoyed because this took the convenience of online shopping away.

This cordless vacuum has good suction and a strong rotating brush. The handheld brush is also good. Being able to transition from stick to handheld makes it a 2-for-1 value. Mine does not run for close to the promoted "up to 42 minutes" of run time. Although technically, my average 17 minute runtime is "up to" 42 minutes.

I have owned a number of Ergorapido vacs, and they just keep getting better. I love my new air purifier, especially since I just took in a stray cat and me and my son both have allergy issues. This air purifier has made it to where my sinuses no longer hurt and my air just feels cleaner and I don™™t have near the dust that I used to. I run it All day and it is very quiet and works great.
