I™™m 76 years old and have never had any other brand of vacuum cleaner! Electrolux is hands down the best. I bought my daughter the canister, just like mine, 31 years ago and she loves it and still uses it! Best tools ever, so efficient and easy to use. Don7waste your money on ANYTHING else!

I also thought it was a great vacuum for the price, but it stopped working under a year in. The suction isn't the greatest, but again, it's decent for the price, nice to maneuver, light, and doesn't take up much room. I loved the light on it while vacuuming, but again, it didn't last a year unfortunately.

I just purchased the Ergorapido so I have only used it for a couple weeks but I love it! The suction is good. It™™s very light and easy to use and the hand-held with the brush tip is great for small spots and floor surbases.

I bought one of these at least 10 years ago. I loved it but it finally wore out. I was thrilled when I found you still carried the same thing. I do believe this is definitely improved from my old one. It holds the charge enough for me to do my entire place. It™™s best feature is is picks up close to the baseboards. I absolutely would recommend this vacuum.

Love Love Love! This is my second Ergorapido and when this no longer works I will be buying a third :) It is perfect for my home and I use it daily to zip around and vacuum. My only concern is that I cannot find a replacement part ... I am trying to find the 2 in 1 crevice tool online to replace the original.

This vacuum is very handy for a quick touch up, My wife loves it. Light and easy to maneuver, Picks up dog hair like a champ. The only problem is they have a short life. Please make them with a replaceable battery because I am on my fourth and my last if this one stops working too quickly. You know this is a problem, yet you refuse to make them with replaceable batteries. Stop ignoring the problem and responding with the fakey platitudes to your unhappy customers.

This vacuum cleaner is the best I have ever owned. Great quality and thoughtfully designed. It's 2 vacuum cleaner in one, an upright one that goes into tight corners and under low furniture, and a handheld one for cleaning my car or around my fireplace. This vacuum cleaner is also easy to clean, no messing around with bags.

Though I have only had it a week or so, I am using it quite a bit and love the suction strength. I have 2 cats and it helps keep my floors clean. In the 1980s I actually sold ELECTROLUX canister vacuums and was impressed by how powerful and excellent the brand was and is. So I was excited to have a new kind of Electrolux, very lightweight, yet ultra powerful and easy to maneuver.

I've bought 3 (one for a "pet" home) since I saw the ad on the Barron's website in August. WOW! I knew the brand because my mother used Electrolux. I clicked the button and ordered two to be sent to the home of a busy doctor with 2 kids and 2 dogs. Her 12 year old daughter uses it the most. I kept the white one. I sent another to a friend of mine who is very clean. So BRAVO Electrolux for "finding" me with your algorithms. I love that it is LIGHT, flexible, and sits attractively in the corner of my kitchen. The hand held vacuum clicks out easily and is just as convenient. I thought mind didn't come with a nozzle on the hand held - until my friend told me "I got one with mine." Hmm. Maybe it got tossed with the packaging. The customer relations team sent me one even though my call was outside the "1 month window.". Way to go Electrolux!!!

This cordless vacuum is one of the best I've had. It glides amazing easy over all surface types and picks up all kinds of dirt great! The light really helps see the dirt and is a great feature. The handheld unit goes on and off very effortlessly. The sleek design is not an eye sore so I don't have to hide it away which makes it accessible anytime I need to use it. We liked the first sweeper so much we purchased same second sweeper to cover what we needed. My wife was the one who suggested the second purchase she liked it so much! How the sweeper head turns and the handle lowers allows us to get into hard to reach places. Being able to detach and us smaller hand sweeper is an added bonus! Whoever engineered the sweeper did a wonderful job!!!

Bought my first Electrolux vacuum in 1990 and retired it last year, and replaced it with the exact same madel! If I get another 20 years out of this one it will be amazing. Bought a new small hand held version for my home and camper to replace the crappy expensive Dyson which cost three time the Electrolux and it does in 6 minutes! The Electrolux works so well I bought four more for my rental properties for guests to use! Price for value you can™™t beat these vacuums. I™™ll never own any other brand.

The Ergorapido works really well for quick and small jobs. I tried in on my kitchen rules and on carpet and in both cases worked really well. It is light enough to use it on stairs and fits well in small areas. The price was a little bit more than what I wanted to spend, but for a two in one cleaner is OK.

This is my first Electrolux, must say I have had other vacuums in the past. This vacuum is not only amazing but extremely efficient. Streamlined and offers easy storage when not in use. I have demonstrated it to all that come to see me. As a result, they too are purchasing one. I'm 78 yrs young not too many things impress me at my age, however, I made a fabulous purchase! I liked this for 2 months before it broke. Unbelievably terrible customer service and piece of garbage vacuum. Unless you want to be purchasing a new vacuum in 2 months time, DO NOT BUY. I bought my first one less than 5 months ago and loved it. It broke 3 months later. I decided to by another one because I really liked it, however, this one also broke. When I called asking for either someone to come out and look at it or helpful tips to try and fix it, the customer service had no idea what they were doing and were not worried about finding a solution for me. This is beyond ridiculous and just encouraging people to stay away from this god awful brand.

Purchased this for the kitchen/dinning room area in hopes of finding something light weight and easy to handle. Was tired of lugging around my more expensive vac that didn™™t reach small corners and was much too heavy to maneuver. This little vac from Electrolux is wonderfully light, easy to maneuver and actually makes me excited to use every day! It is not for very large areas as the canister does not hold too much dust and debris but it is PERFECT for smaller areas such as my kitchen dinning area. The canister also doubles as a hand vac and does a great job as well. Also, got it on sale so am even more happy with my purchase!
