Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

NO GREAT FREATUES / JUST TERRIBLE

CHICKEN G 8/2/2026

Was so happy to get this review for the 36in wide counter dept French Door bottom mount Refrigerator 20cu. ft. Has you can see I have not owned this Refrigerator long going to put it up sale this week I don't know who designed this Refrigerator top space is terrible have to take out food when I put fresh food in just not room just too small - also the bottom freezer also to small can't fit much will not shut everything is very limited can not put two half gallons of ice cream door will not shut. My daughter bought the same model Refrigerator she has the same issues she is all putting her Refrigerator up for sale. This Refrigerator just too many issues if you don't want to put soda bottle on the door it will not stand up on the inside of the top part of the refigerator . When I shop for food I can't buy much because this refrigerator does not have much room , my old model did not have this problem. COST OF THIS Refirgerator was very expensive now I have to hope that I get some money back to get a better Refrigerator so does my we are so unhappy with this REFRIGERATOR. Thank you for your time regarding this matter.

new fridge

marbaby 7/22/2026

I like it very much because can easily see what is in it. I had another frig with top freezer but would forget things in it in back and had to just about stand on my head to see so would sit in chair because I am 72 and difficult to reach things. Also my old fridge even if I put veges in veges drawers would freeze . I had to keep them in front and could not put much due to freeze if near back of fridge or in drawers. I threw away a lot of frozen produce. So far this one great no freezing of veges with freezer being on bottom. It does not have as much freezer space as old one but at least not throwing away stuff. I have a small chest freezer in garage so it is ok. I really like the look of it. Ice maker works great and I like the water dispenser being inside. The old side by side I had twenty years or so ago maybe more the water on outside and always had to clean it water would drip and build up calcium.

We are really enjoying this refrigerator for the month we have had it. Great size, lots of usable door bins and shelving. The counter-depth is a good choice for us. It seems to hold consistent temperature. Two refrigerator repair people recommended Whirlpool.

JImjim 2/6/2026

The cold water system is poorly designed. The cold water system is poorly designed. It takes two hands to fill a glass and very difficult to fill a pitcher. Plastic drawers are flimsy Easy to move. Looks good, very difficult to get a white refrigerator. We saw another whirlpool that was more attractive and more money but not available in white.

Delayed delivery

Mend 1/21/2026

I received my refrigerator on December 29,2025 even though it was ordered on October 21, 2025. The delivery date from Whirlpool kept changing with no advance notice. When calling for updates I was told it was out of stock causing the delay. 2 months without a refrigerator was difficult. I have only had my refrigerator for 1 month and it seems to be fine.

Debbie 12/19/2025

I cannot not even convey how unhappy I am with our BRAND new $2000 Whirlpool fridge. It is so noisy, and small inside. The crisper draws are so very small. Top shelf it almost worthless with all the apparatus at the top, The drawers are of poor quality....chintzy plastic that can't even roll out evenly. Just this morning, I took everything out of the fridge and tried to re-organized....didn't help. So very disappointed.

RSHPS 10/2/2025

The french doors on top and freezer drawer below make for a much better (shallower) profile in our narrow galley kitchen. The refrigerator itself is a total pleasure. Room for everything and everything within reach. The ice maker is a huge improvement over our former, 12 year-old Whirlpool fridge.

OK - Not great quality for the price

Gardener49 8/26/2025

After not having a working refrigerator after having to wait almost two months to get this one, I am happy to have one that works. That being said, I am not overly impressed with the quality of this refrigerator considering we paid $2000 for it. The freezer section is small even with us having the icemaker removed. There is no separate butter area nor was there a small front lean out shelf in the freezer for small items like my prior refrigerator had. The shelves in the refrigerator section will not accommodate a Brita water pitcher without removing one of the shelves (we have to put it in the door). One feature I like is the actual temperature of the refrigerator and freezer sections are displayed. The handles are a matte finish that isn™€™t easily cleaned. Also, the deli and the two fruit and vegetable drawers slide on a plastic frame that doesn™€™t appear to be attached on the top so the drawers, especially the deli drawer, flop around a bit when open. So, yes it refrigerates fine so far, but I was expecting a better quality product for the price I paid.

I WAS EXPECTING SOMETHING MUCH BETTER

DLYNN 8/1/2025

I finally found a white refrigerator that was counter depth. And it had a nice water filter inside. That's the best part of it. It came with a couple of marks on the side which were slight so I let that go. The drawers do not slide smoothly but I'll live with that too. The fridge is smaller than my old favorite Kenmore, but I have to live with that also. The most annoying thing is the whole refrigerator squeaks and shakes each time we open and close the doors! We've had three repair men from two different appliance repair companies come out to look at it and say, "there's nothing we can do about it". Very disappointed to have spent over $2,000 for a noisy refrigerator. It is only about 6 months old!

The plastic drawers in the Fridge are flemzy. The deli drawer is cut off in the back to accommodate the water cooler limits alot of storage. It would be nice if there was a retractable shelf to accommodate taller items. Wish more fridge models were available in white Seems like we had to settle just because we wanted white.

Freezer compartment..

BigD 6/3/2025

The fridge met our sizing needs after an electrical issue in our home. Furthermore, we needed to stay with white. This far we are pleased with our purchase. Home Depot was very accommodating as we were desperate for a replacement. Our GE Profile was a good fridge but this particular model that we purchased has exceeded our expectations. My only concern was that there is only a 1 year limited warranty..

White, counter depth, great freezer ice maker and

DocJon 5/13/2025

There are very limited options for a white, counter depth French door refrigerator. Gladly, Whirlpool created this model. It has the ice maker in the freezer where it belongs and has a convenient water dispenser inside, on the side, where it belongs! Nice clean look and easy access inside. My only difficulty was going from a 32 cubic foot monster to this neat little model.
