I don't care for the procedure to turn on the machine. It's too time consuming compared to the older model..Samsung Diet. So far, that's all I found disagreeable. I had to figure out the countdown of the reset which was a pain! Miss my old machine! Live the front loading option.

A total disappointment.

I purchased a Whirlpool washer in November 2025 for my commercial premises, and the experience has been a nightmare. Within just a few months, the drum gasket tore due to an internal structural failure causing significant water leakage. The product failure is bad enough, but the after-sales service is even worse. The technicians dispatched lack the necessary training to diagnose complex issues; they focus on finding excuses to avoid warranty coverage rather than solving the problem. It is evident that their technical staff is under-qualified and lacks deep product knowledge. Furthermore, the build quality and materials used are surprisingly poor for a global brand. If you are a business owner or a professional, stay away. Whirlpool fails to provide the technical reliability and support that a business requires. A total disappointment.

LOVING MY WHIRLPOOL WASHER & DRYER

I bought my Whirlpool Washer & Dryer Set in December 2025. I was not happy that my existing Kenmore Washer & Dryer had reached their limit just three weeks before Christmas. I rushed to the Appliance Store and was overjoyed to see this set. I love the digital display most of all. The visual is fantastic. The blue hues are beautiful. Also, I love the way the Whirlpool logo is displayed in gold lettering. Additionally, I love all of the washer settings. I'm not used to having so many. In addition to a cold setting, it also had cool; in addition to hot, it has extra hot. I also love the Dryer; its spacious and dries my clothes exactly per the temperature that I selected. It too has multiple settings. The modern look, the aesthetics, the functionality, the cost, and the quality are all things that I expect from Whirlpool. I live in a new Villa now and the Washer & Dryer are in the Master Bathroom, and a lot of my friends are looking into Whirlpool appliances now. And just so you know, my Kenmore lasted 21 years. I actually bought that set in 2004 when I built my new house.

No More HE (High Efficiency) You need water.

Hello everyone, So, I must say that I have always owned whirlpool appliances all my life (67years old) the last two have been a real disappointment. This new one and my top load washer. I had the top load 4 yrs and hated it, it was an HE (High Efficiency) and didn't clean anything, didn't use much water and made a lot of noise, The new front loader is the same way does not use much water but does not clean. I remember when front load washers had lots of water splashing around in the window. That's why I bought a new one on Nov 12th about 45 days ago. Now I, am told that don't get the HE models and that they still make the non-HE models that really use water. So now I am trying to get this returned. Very good washer with good features

We bought the washer a few weeks ago. We used Whirlpool's delivery and installation option, and it worked out great. The washer has been excellent so far. We really like the dry drum feature. Our only issue is that we tried to clean the dispenser drawer, as recommended in the instructions. When we pressed down on the release tab, it snapped off. We did not press down very hard. Our only conclusion is that the tab was either defective or not built well. Otherwise, this has been a great washer.

I like the front load. We have not had it very long, but we have used it for larger loads and smaller loads. We have pets and do a lot of washing and needed something to fit a king size coverlet which this machine does. The sensors pick up everything accurately. We have even done one clean cycle in the unit. It is definitely not like our old machine that had a heavier feel. Many of the parts are made of plastic including the door which is good, but I do not see it lasting 17 years like our last machines. The machine chimes when it is done and I like it because it is not an annoying sound. I would recommend this machine.

Leaking washing machine

I received the washer and dryer beginning of August 2025. I was given 48 hrs to return. Ni issu no the first wash. A week later, I loaded a batch of clothes to wash overnight. The next not, my garage was flooded. Water was leaving from the soap dispenser. This is a new machine. Glad I have an extended warranty. But why do I get a defective machine and not able to get a replacement? It™€™s beyond me. I am now stuck with a leaking machine. It™€™s been two weeks since someone came in to look into it and was not able to fix the issue and said he needed to order the part. No one from whirlpool has contacted me. And I have water damage in my garage.

I have been having so many issues with this washer machine ever since I bought and I bought it brand new! It™€™s take for ever to get it to turn on and you have to have your finger just right and some times when you do finally get it on and try to start the load it turns it™€™s self off and then you have to sit there to turn it on again. And it does the same thing with trying to get the load to start once it™€™s on. You have to have your finger on the right spot before it even finally starts. And I™€™m on the second washer and it™€™s doing the same thing as the first one and they both were brand spanking new!

I just got it a month ago, so I really haven™€™t had a chance to use like it supposed to be used! But the quick wash works good, but short , like only 20 to 25 minutes top, and that™€™s with an extra rinse! Looks good though!

So, far, we have been pleased with our washer. It is quiet and efficient. My only complaint is that the spin cycle is so strong that the washer has a tendency to ™€œdance™€ a bit. It must be very level.

Dissolving issues for pods and scent booster

Purchased 6 weeks ago, pods do not dissolve properly in about 1/3 of my loads and I am finding some of the scent booster around the rubber ring of the front load washer. Whirlpool was not helpful, they do not provide any phone support, and said a technician would come to the house but would charge if there washer "worked as intended"

I think your users manual is a joke. It tells nothing about 'using' the machine. What the functions are for or what they do. All they do is explain how to install the washer. The display is in Spanish. Why did I receive a machine in Spanish? I'm in an English speaking country! There are no directions in the 'users manual" how to change it ti English, if possible.

Overall, we like the washer. However, the normal cycle takes 1 hour and 37minutes. That is an excessive amount of time for a normal cycle. I don™€™t want to have to choose a specialized cycle to avoid an excessive run time.

I love the new washer and dryer. I can't figure out how to stop the clean message from appearing and the clean cycle ran for 4 hrs which seemed crazy otherwise, it is awesome.

The washer looks very nice but unfortunately I am returning it. My first washer was leaking from the soap dispenser and making a mess. The unit was replaced with a new unit and it was worse than the first. This unit dispenser door doesn™€™t shut all the way, leaks and the machine shakes violently when on the spin cycle and is very loud. I am disappointed that the quality of the washer is not even functioning properly. The style and features were great just the functionality and quality are poor. Whirlpool has been a family favorite for years because of durability and made in the USA. This washer does not represent the quality of whirlpool. I wasn™€™t going to do a review but I want people to beware of the issues with this machine. The time I have spent waiting for delivery, repairs, new replacement, repairs again. It™€™s not worth it.
