I wish I knew what I know now when I purchased. The water coming out of the dispenser is not cold. It is room temperature. Yes, I know there is ice, but sometimes you just want already cold water.An even bigger issue is the freezer drawers are cheap and if you fill the drawers they tend to fall off the track. If they hit the ground or shelf/drawer below they will fracture. They seem very fragile. I wish I did more research.

I recently purchased a new refrigerator and si far has been a good choice. The doors had to be adjusted ti line uo the handles but the design allows for this to be done easily. The initial setup was quick and easy and is quiet. I am pleased si far.

Absolutely love my fridge! Wanted a new fridge that actually lights up when getting ice and water. This one fits the bill and more! Great storage in the freezer and fridge! It™™s supposed to be the same size as my old fridge but holds so much more! I highly recommend this refrigerator!

Fits the dimensions, fits the budget, fits the color (fingerprint free stainless steel). We've had it for a month, no issues so far except that the rubber seal f the door doesnt seem to have a strong grip. It is very easy to pull the door open. Now I don't know if that's how it's designed.

Needed a fridge in a major rush and didn't want to spent a lot of money. I repair guy told me this brand required the fewest repairs in his experience. Didn't need something fancy with all the wifi bells and whistles....just more stuff to break. Looking for reliable in inexpensive unit. Signifyingly roomier inside them my previous model. My only complaint is you cannot get the ice drawer out if the fridge is against a wall on the left side. You need to take the freezer door handles off so it opens far enought to remove it....and we all know the ice tray usually turns into a big block of ice when not used on a regular basis.

We have been very happy with our new refrigerator. It runs quietly and keeps things consistently cold. The shelves are easy to adjust, and the bins in the bottom of the freezer make it so easy to access everything. The crushed ice is really good! I like the light up message on the freezer door.

This unit replaces an 18 year old model that is still working although the icemaker makes a noise that we suspect means it might not be long before repairs are necessary. Although the units are the same size, it seems like this model has more space within the freezer and refrigerator. I do miss the two lever ice dispenser though with the need to push a button to switch from ice to water. Also the ice cubes are smaller, tend to be somewhat crushed with pieces ending up on the floor.

Since DAY-ONE this Frigidaire refrigerator (Model GRSS1652AF3) has been a total disappointment. First, NO product, today should be made to make such noises! It's well known by Frigidaire that their product makes many noises. PROOF: On page 22 of the Frigidaire Refrigerator use & care manual, Frigidaire actually dedicated an entire page on the noises that this product makes.This product has a poor history of its ice-maker failing to do what is is presumably supposed to do, that is make ice! Back to the noise...if it weren't for all the noises that this refrigerator makes throughout the day, we would not have noticed that after a day of peace and quite, we had no ice in the ice tray. The ice maker failed! Well, I suppose that the golden silence was our reminder that something with the refrigerator was wrong! Once we found that the ice-maker was not working, we turned to that "use & care" manual all to be made to realize that Frigidaire will only tell the consumer how to turn ON and OFF the ice maker. I then turned to the internet, all to learn that many many many other consumers complain about the same thing that we are now facing! Frigidaire needs to pay attention to its customer-base. IF their products have an issue...any issue, they need to immediately have a fix that will NOT cost the consumer any money to fix their product!!! It is very sad that major appliance companies such as Frigidaire will happily take a customers money and when that product fails, the only recourse is that the consumer must once again fork-out more money to have a product that works according to its advertised expectations. And while I'm on the topic of forking out more money to Frigidaire, this company has the arrogance to charge so much for their water filters, a single six month replacement filter goes for $54.49 to $43.60 (with a 20% discount)! And that's ONLY the water filter, for a six month use!!! How arrogant!!! I suppose that this is today's new way of treating its customers with thanks for choosing their products!!!It is so sad that today's tech savvy world can produce dud products and then turn around and force its customers to pay even more money in the years to come!!! My Frigidaire experience has been a very disappointing journey!Sadly, it is my belief that what I post will go on deft ears at Frigidaire! I challenge a response. Show that what I report is taken with great concern and customer satisfaction!
