Love my new dishwasher™¦™¦especially the blue light indicating it™™s running. It is so quiet that you can™™t hear it running!! But I do have one suggestion™¦the inside is black and this makes it difficult to see inside clearly. A white/cream color would have been better. Thank you!

After installation, I immediately realized that the drying mode generated a considerable amount of moisture within the cabinet space. Further review of the manual recommended that the space be painted with an oil based polyurethane. What an inconvenience

WE bought this dishwasher because our old on finally gave out after 30 years. It was an older Frigidaire that came with our home when we bought it. Since it lasted so long we wanted to stick with the same brand. This dishwasher was everything we were looking for and then some. With arms at the top and bottom to reach all the dishes AND adding on the circles to help get every angle on the dishes?! That's more than a win win, that's a GOLD MEDAL! On top of that the affordability of the appliance was amazing! We are extreme budgeters and this fit well into our budget. We absolutely love this dishwasher and everything about it. It has hardly made a dent in our water or electric bill and was an awesome choice. I hope it lasts as long or longer than our other dishwasher. We will always choose Frigidaire!

I have only used my new dishwasher on time, but it seems that the a previous similar model bought 10 years ago was built better. This one is ok. I usually ran the older one on energy saver and air dry. I did the new one that way and it seems ok but did not dry as well. Overall the new is good but not as good as the older model.

It's so quiet, efficient and looks great. There are so many choices of cycles and options to customize them. I like the fact that it shines a blue light on the floor when it's running (cause you almost can't tell by listening) and a green light when it's finished. I'm very happy with it!!!

I BOUGHT THE DISHWASHER AT THE END OF JAN 2024 STOPPED WORKING 05/05/2024. THEY SENT 8 REPAIRMEN OUT STILL DONT WORK. WAS TOLD THEY WILL ORDER NEW MOTHERBOARD THAT WAS REPLACED ON THE SECOND VISIIT. I SAID THAT WAS REPLACED ALREADY DID NOT FIX THE DISHWASHER. I WAS TOLD BY CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT AFTER 6 WEEKS TEY WOULD REPLACE IT. IT IS NOW 81/2 WEEKS STILL NOT WORKING. EVERYONE I TALKED TO AT CUSTOMER SERVICE COULD NOT HELP ME. WHAT IS THE WARRANTY FOR YOU DONT STANT BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT.

I just installed my brand new dishwasher. Even though the decibel rating was similar to my old one it is much much louder. It also has a very heavy mold/mildew smell inside. I understand that they run water to test it in the factory before they ship it, but maybe they should have drained it.

Have had this dishwasher 1 year and 4 months and the co trip panel has gone out. I had it evaluated and everything is clean and had been working well and then just went out. This is terrible. Of course a one year warranty.

I had a Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher and it was time to buy a new one. The Gallery model has everything I look for in a dishwasher. Collapsing tines top and bottom, movable top rack, top rack only wash mode and stem holders to name most of my requirements. It's also very quiet. I did prefer the utensil holder from my older model because I was able to separate sections if I didn't need the whole piece or wanted to make more room on the bottom. Other than the fact that newer models have to take so much longer to run a cycle, I'm glad I stayed with this brand and model and have recommended it to others.

I just wanted to throw it out there. I have a brand new dishwasher.. that does not function properly. I called Frigidaire warranty department they send one of their text out found problems never contacted us back again called Frigidaire warranty department again. They could not get a hold of them. They says would you like to send another tech out? I said sure from another company would be fine as long as it™™s trained by you, another week and a half went by tech came out found circuitboard problem will order parts it™™s been over a week and a half. I called his company back they do not have no ETA on parts. I™™ve been up without a brand new dishwasher for over a month now why by Frigidaire if they can™™t even fix their own problem or obtain their own parts this is a shame. Mind you this is a brand new product. I had a 14-year-old whirlpool dishwasher that still worked. I only changed it because I remodeled the kitchen. What does that tell you!! what™™s the next thing?

The dishwasher is very quiet. The dishes get clean. I was surprised how long it takes to finish the cycle. If you are one to want to stay home till the cycle is complete, then you will want to run it at night while you sleep. The only real issue is the bottom rack will sometimes fall into the gap between the inside of the washer and the door when the door is fully opened during loading. Makes a loud startling noise when that happens.

We switched to Frigidaire after a supremely bad experience with Samsung support. The Frigidaire had a better reputation for support after the sale and that was ultimately our deciding factor. My impression so far is that it does the job of cleaning the dishes nicely. Although some of the features seem basic. Only time will tell, but if all goes well, this will be a good, dependable dishwasher for a relatively long time and I'll be pleased. I only docked one star because I installed it myself and some of the initial installation processes could have been better designed. The electrical connection was difficult to manipulate and the leveling feet were difficult to operate. I've installed other dishwashers over the years where these initial manipulations were more easily accomplished. However, this doesn't affect my expectation of long term satisfaction.

I™™m a diy type and our last dishwasher had tons of bells and whistles but would often stop midwash and code. Spent about half as much on this one, no stainless tub, but so what it™™s waterproof and just as quiet. Probably won™™t last 20years, like old one promised to, but idc it™™s half the price.

We have yet to install this brand new dishwasher that we purchased thru Appliances Connection, but three months later still unable to due to a missing part!!. Our plumber discovered upon install that the "overfill protector" in the tub was missing. Appliances Connection was in process of getting us the part from Frigidaire as should have been covered under warranty, but Frigidaire never responded nor sent me the part before Appliances Connection went bankrupt and MIA. So today I called Frigidaire directly to follow up on the warrant progress initiated almost 2 months ago, and I was redirected to Part Select who "has nothing to do with warranty parts" and I'd have to purchase it thru them instead because the distributor should have caught the missing part. Really? The distributor (who is now going out of business) is expected to take the unit apart and make sure all the parts are there? Unbelievable!! After going back and forth with Part Direct's automated system, I finally spoke to someone live but alas, did not speak English very well. I finally decided to just purchase the part online myself and chalk it all up to the last time I buy a Frigidaire product. Shame on Frigidaire for the overall poor customer service experience for their products.

I've only used about 3 times now and have had no issues. This is my first dishwasher so I have nothing to compare but it's not super noisy and I have been very happy with the finish. None of my lids moved from where I placed them, so I think that's a plus!

We had to get a dishwasher since the motor in our last one went after 1 1/2 years plus the rack was rusting out. Was big disappointment so we knew we were switching brands. Was limited on finding a black stainless but Fridgedaire has been around a long time o we went for it. Couldn™™t be happier. Love the sleek design. It™™s quite and many options for the kind of wash you want. Very happy with choice! Will be switching over other appliances to Fridgedaire!

The dishwasher is quite and efficient. Always gets the dishes clean. Sometime you do have to hand dry a few things. It was only installed for about a month and I ran it only 40 times before it broke. It wouldn't finish the whole cycle and would just lose power randomly. The service warranty did cover the repair but still disappointing that it broke after only a month of use.
