Installation was as expected if you've installed one you have installed them all. The 10,000 btu's cools my entire living room however I live in Florida and it's just the end of February so we'll see you once it gets hotter cause it gets very hot and humid . I truly like the feature that the unit goes dark and not until you touch a button does the digital display light up.

I liked this unit. Pumps out plenty of cool air. I do wish that the option to change indoor/outdoor air mixture wasn't manual. Setup for wifi app was easy so long as you use the Apple app. Using Android failed every time.

I installed this unit in my downstairs shop to keep me cool in the summer months and keep the humidity down. Installation was straight forward, with options for both vinyl and wood windows, and I was able to get the unit installed by myself in about 30 minutes. I did have to modify the vinyl window brackets by trimming them slightly to fit my window, and while there were a couple of options for weather stripping included, I feel like there could have been a more of each, and maybe more options included. I had some foam and weather stripping on hand that I was able to combine with the included options and got a decent weathertight seal around the unit.The Frigidaire app is fairly simple and straightforward, and works very reliably. I have many connected devices in my home, and oftentimes the manufacturers smartphone apps lack in performance and features. Not the case with Frigidaire. I would like to see a "dehumidify" setting, but that could be a limitation of the unit itself. I would also like to see support for more 3rd-party integrations like HomeAssistant.The unit itself is fairly quiet and cools my appropriately sized space well. The window that it's installed in is underneath our deck, and from outside on the deck, it is fairly quiet, and definitely not at all intrusive. It also seems fairly efficient, as I track my KWh usage daily, and I have not noticed a big impact at all.Overall great unit with limited but useful connected options. Buy with confidence.

I have a 900sq ft downstairs and it cools the entire thing fairly well. It is a little loud while watching TV but you can adjust the fan speed to Low which helps.

Keeps the room nice and cool. Can control everything with the convenient app. The display turns on momentarily when you press any buttons to change settings then will turn off so you won't be bothered with lights while your sleeping.

I love my Frigidaire AC units. I not only purchased 1, I purchased 2 of these AC units for my shop! They are energy efficient and being able to turn these units on before entering the building is definitely a plus! I originally had 1 Frigidaire AC unit that lasted for 13 years and chose to stick with the Frigidaire brand when it was time to repurchase. I would recommend these AC units to anyone that is needing to purchase or repurchase an AC window unit. Another plus is they were easy to install. They are also a quiet unit, I never hear it running. Again the smart Wi-Fi capability makes it an excellent choice to purchase.

I purchased this product in may of 2022 it worked wonderful kept my home nice and cool but since the end of August 2022 it has been freezing up (not because I was over using it or the filter is dirty) and I would have to let it melt all the ice (which took 5 or more hours to do) before I could turn it back on and living in the south it is to hot to be with out air. Very disappointed!

There are so many new brands on the market these days that specialize in everything from phones to A/C's.... That describes my last A/C unit. Needless to say "jacks of all trades" specialize in none. But Frigidaire has always been about cooling, so when I went to replace my old unit, I went with a name of an expert, and I have not been disappointed. My new A/C unit works beautifully and is so much quieter than my old unit. It cools down the room quickly and there are no loud surges when the condenser kicks in. Plus the remote lets me control the unit without getting up, which is a plus. I am very pleased with my purchase and strongly recommend Frigidaire for your next A/C purchase.

I am very happy with this A.C. unit. Very powerful, i can feel the air across the room like a fan. I like the feauture call scheduler, with this feature you can schedule start and stop time for the whole week. You can even edit as a group or individual days. Also Eco mode, thismode save you energy by running the compressor and fan only when needed. It cools my room very fast. Conects to your wi-fi. But not to google or alexa.you can control it with your phone or remote control. overall i still gave 5 star for performance.
